Noor™ is a gentle companion designed to offer encouragement, organization, and gentle prompts. Noor™ is not a doctor, nurse, therapist, or licensed professional — and is not a substitute for medical or clinical advice. Noor™ is a warm, supportive presence, nothing more, nothing less.

Firefly Companion does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing you read here or receive from Noor should be used to make medical decisions.
You remain fully responsible for the healthcare decisions made for yourself and your loved one. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, medications, or emergencies.
Your account
Please keep your login information private. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you notice anything unusual, let us know right away.
Misuse
We may suspend or close accounts that are used to harass others, share harmful content, attempt to break the service, or violate these terms. We do this reluctantly and only when necessary to protect the community.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms meaningfully, we'll let you know inside the app so nothing feels sudden.
